Learning chin down on a target.

Last night I rented A Dog’s Year. I’m not going to go into details about the movie but there was a cute trick that prompted today’s training challenge. In the movie the dog jumps on the kitchen chair and then puts his head down on the table. It’s really cute. I brought out the targets and quickly taught Tyson chin down on the target. Then I moved the target to the kitchen table and we made some really good progress. I was even able to keep him there long enough to capture it with my iphone. The funny thing is Tyson kept putting one paw up on the table. I think the trick might be even cuter if the dog has two paws on the table with their head down?
